Blanda River – Beat 4

The beat offers some of the best MSW salmon fishing in Iceland and is fished with just three rods.

Svarta River

The Svartá River, a tributary of the Blanda, is a hidden gem. Haukadalsá River – Haukunn SVFR

Stay at The Temple Lodge, which offers 13 double and 5 single rooms, full catering, and access to some of the best fishing spots.

Langa River – Myrum SVFR

The Langa River is one of Iceland’s premier salmon rivers, with 93 named pools along its 30km stretch. Known for a healthy mix of grilse and MSW salmon, the Langa is perfect for fly fishing with single-handed rods.
