Family Fishing Holiday

Dec 16, 2018 | Where To Fish

Screen Shot 2018-12-16 at 18.56.09.pngWhere best to get a young child to catch their first fish? Here’s a way that all the family can enjoy. Go to the Isle of Mull where a new property has just come onto the holiday letting market.

It’s a traditional Island house in a lovely and totally secluded location next to a loch where many a child has caught their first trout and where sea eagles fish too! Also literally on your doorstep are childhood delights of cycling, canoeing, wild swimming, wild berry picking, mushroom hunting and climbing hills. Bring your dogs too – they will love it – so will the adults!

Further afield the Island offers fantastic trips to see eagles, whales, dolphins, basking sharks and some of the best West Coast island scenery and sights.

What if it rains? No problem, there is a large byre to play football/badminton etc and an adjacent room for table tennis with teenager’s seating area.
