Shakespeare have two switch rods in their range, both 11ft in length 7/8 and 8/9, which are perfect when presentation is important during summer and flies are smaller.
Called ‘switch’ because being both lightweight and shorter in length they can be cast like a single handed rod or Spey cast using both hands, using the built in extension handle.
