Dinner menus showcase local produce including Solway fresh fish and Galloway Beef.  Symon and his team of chefs also put on daily specials which are served in the Brasseie overlooking the estate.

Breakfast will set you up for a day by the river with a full Scottish Buffet breakfast on offer from 7am there are also continental options including cheeses, muffins, pastries, porridge and smoked haddock so you can be sure to leave the hotel well fuelled for the day.  Packed Lunches can also be arranged.
