Eden Lacy

Mar 29, 2012 | Where To Fish

We are pleased to announce Eden Lacy one of the most attractive beats on the river Eden is now on FishPal.

Eden Lacy fishing comprises 1.8 miles of the left bank, comprising 12 named pools with a fishing hut set amongst a wooded and wild flower area opposite the renowned Lacy Caves. This is the perfect location for those anglers who want an undisturbed country fishing holiday with the opportunity to discover the charm and beauty of the Eden valley itself or to make the short journey to the Lake District.

Accommodation can be provided in self catering accommodation on the estate. All three holiday cottages nestle in idyllic, scenic, rural settings overlooking the beautiful River Eden. They are all very individual and are renovated, furnished and presented to a high standard and are available for holiday lets or long weekends. Read more

Although still very much a working farm, much of the land has been given over to conservation projects, indeed Eden Lacy was a national finalist in the prestigious Purdey Game and Conservation awards recently.

Salmon & trout fishing can now be booked online
