Passionate salmon anglers Mick Bell and Mike Roberts announced the launch of the Ettrick Valley Smokehouse this month. Designed to cater for River Tweed salmon fishermen the smokehouse will enable local and visiting anglers to have their precious catch of salmon smoked to perfection.

The smokehouse will offer a collection and delivery service to most of the Tweed salmon beats and Anglers can also deliver their fish to be smoked. The business will also extend its services to offer a mail order facility for those anglers who have to leave the area before the fish has been smoked.
